The Signature
Transformation
Our most complete consulting engagement, built by practitioners with 40+ years of combined K-12 program leadership. The winner gets a full month of dedicated expert time touching every dimension of their program: strategic assessment, curriculum alignment, talent and retention, operational systems, financial sustainability, and leadership development. This is the package that turns the pressure of this moment into the proof you need for next year. And it is yours, free, if you enter.
Prize valid August 1 to December 31, 2026. Must be used within 30 consecutive days of activation.
The Signature Transformation draws from every GSW service: Strategic Assessment, Curriculum Excellence, Talent Optimization, Operational Systems, Leadership Development, and Financial Sustainability. Not one slice of the picture. The full picture.
Budget cuts shouldn't mean your kids miss out.
We know what is happening out there right now. District budgets are being cut. 21st CCLC grants are under threat in Congress. ESSER money is gone. Programs that have served thousands of kids for years are suddenly fighting to stay open. And in the middle of all of that, bringing in outside consulting help is simply not a realistic option for most program leaders. Not because they don't need it. Because the money isn't there.
That is not a failure of leadership. That is the reality of this moment in K-12 and youth education. And it is exactly why we built this giveaway.
One program gets the full picture, built by practitioners, at no cost. A real assessment. A real budget strategy. A real plan for keeping the funding and the people your program depends on. Right before the school year starts, when it matters most. Because the kids in your program deserve a team that is fully prepared to fight for them. We want to help make that possible.
